Since I was sick for our anniversary CC and I decided to take a weekend away for a delayed anniversary in Ruidoso. The St. Clairs generously let us stay at their home. We had fun just the two of us. We spent our first day skiing, something we had never done together. It was great weather not too cold. The snow wasn't great but enough of the lifts for my skill level were open that it didn't matter much. In fact in the slope below is where I busted it bruising myself up pretty good. Needless to say the next day we stayed in watched movies, and read. We went to the Inn of the Mountain Gods for dinner, delicious! We also took walks and saw lots of deer. And of course the day we left it snowed.
