Austin's First Christmas

This year Christmas had its ups and downs. As you can tell Austin wasn't so sure about Christmas this year. Santa was scary and he liked the ribbon and paper his gifts were wrapped in as much as the actual gifts. We started out in Lubbock so we could spend Austin's first Christmas at home as a family. It was wonderful he had both sets of grandparents, his Aunt Jaclyn and even some great grandparents to share the day with. The day after we headed to Tyler to spend Christmas with the Massey clan. We had high hopes for a nice, relaxing week but instead we all ended up sick with a stomach bug. CC, Rick, and Austin thankfully escaped the sickness so we had hands to take care of the babies. CC and I also celebrated our 5th anniversary with me sick in bed. How romantic. We ended on a good note though as we headed home we stopped at the Hasslers in Dallas and let the boys play together. Hudson took Austin for a ride on his new Thomas the train. It was super cute but then Austin feel off and I decided that was enough of that game.
